    As it has become little more than the substance of its commercial trappings, like Christmas (not at all ironically), Halloween is evil for reasons beyond the immediate reach of Christianity. It could be argued, though (but I wouldn’t), that that capitalistic basis of evil is parallel to, and overlaps, the Judao-Christian basis.
